Yuri’s Detox class

On Tuesday, I attended Yuri’s Detox class at Terasu Yoga Studio.

The class itself was dynamic and powerful. I sure worked up a sweat! 
We completed vinyasa flows, focusing on hip openers, core, and twisting. With every transition, we held each posture for a count of 3 rounds of breath. We ended the class in śavāsana.
 
The décor in Terasu is very modern. It has wooden floor boards and panels, with exposed concrete. The studio can comfortably fit 15 people, it also has storage units for bolsters, yoga mats, blocks, and a few plants.  The change room and reception are in the front as you walk in. 

I paid ¥2160 for a trial class. There are monthly membership options as well as prepaid class options.

I had a great time and enjoyed meeting fellow yogis. Looking forward to my next class at Terasu Yoga Studio.
