Hey there, it's been a while since I blogged anything here. Sorry, for that. I've been super busy with this project winding up trying to write as much as I can and also apply for jobs. 8 weeks out and still not sure what happens next...

Anyways, there are a few articles about this research project that are in press or soon to be submitted to journals. It's a slow process. 

I've enjoyed my time in Kyoto too much. I don't want to leave, actually. But, who knows where we end up next. 

So, even though this page might become a bit more quiet, there will still be articles being published over the next 1-2 years. If I do get a job in Japan then it will make it a lot easier to continue on with this project. 

My next paper on Yoga in Japan will be a book chapter appearing in the sequel to this book, titled, Masculinities in the Field, my contribution looks at my toil being a white guy in Japan trying to do research on yoga. It's titled: Gaijin Smash in Yogaland: A Cautionary Tale of a White Guy's Perspective on Yoga-Related Fieldwork in Japan
